Rolled-up Item Analysis for Exports
Item Analysis Exports are now available for course groups from both the Quick Exports and Advanced Exports pages. If a coordinator-instructor exports Item Analysis for a course group, he/she can get a summary of student performance across all course sections in the course group, and also student scoring details for each student. Question metrics (difficulty, median time, correct on first try) are also included in Advanced Exports.
PERT + Pearson

Does your state have standards in place for what students should know at the conclusion of a particular course or sequence of courses? We at Pearson have been working to align a number of our courses and textbooks with the outcomes determined by states for higher education. For example, Florida has developed the Postsecondary Education Readiness Test (PERT) as the primary placement assessment used by The Florida College System. We now have four different MyMathLab courses that include the PERT Standards, for easy instructor assessment of student understanding of the objectives.

New Design for MML and MSL Courses
Instructors will notice an updated look-and-feel in MyMathLab and MyStatLab courses for 2012 copyright titles as they are released. This new, intuitive design offers more direct access to XL pages (Gradebook, Homework & Test Manager, Home Page Manager, etc.) and provides enhanced functionality for communicating with students and customizing courses. Fewer pop-up windows will ensure that students always know where they are in their course.

Item Analysis for Pooled Tests and Quizzes
On tests and quizzes that use pooled questions, instructors now have item-level student performance statistics. This will allow them to analyze how the class and individual students performed by test question and objective and also gauge the relative difficulty of questions from the same pool.
